We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was ideal, just minutes away from major attractions such as the palace square and the Hermitage Museum. We also had the convenience of a nearby train station and a cafe right next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we were impressed with the hotel facilities. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including delicious porridge and pancakes. our experience was excellent and we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with a restaurant in the next building offering a great selection of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. It is also very close to major attractions in the center of the city, such as the Hermitage Museum. The rooms are clean and spacious, with well-designed bathrooms. The staff provides helpful and friendly service, making sure guests have everything they need. there is a safe in the room for valuables and a fan for added comfort.
Some guests had difficulties with the shuttle service advertised by the hotel, leading to inconvenience and frustration.

Good location near city center. Small rooms with 3 single beds. Poor internet connection. No elevator in both buildings. Helpful staff. Close to Indian restaurant. Overall recommendation but slightly expensive.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location on the banks of the Moika river is simply stunning. The hotel is situated in the center of the city, allowing for easy access to all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. They went above and beyond, ensuring that all my additional requests were promptly attended to. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. The rooms, though lacking a proper wardrobe or cupboard, were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options to start the day.
Everything was just fine, no complaints whatsoever.
